The final solution developed through the R&D project represents a revolutionary conversational system for managing orders in web shops and ordering and reservation systems, designed to transform the way users interact with product catalogs and manage orders.

The problem we solved

Web shops and reservation systems are full of friction. Long forms, unclear catalogues, dropped sessions. We replaced that flow with a conversational interface powered by AI and natural language processing, so users can just talk to the system and get what they need.

How it works

The system understands natural language, navigates product catalogues, handles ordering and reservation logic, and guides users through to completion. No scripts. No rigid menus. Just a conversation that gets things done.

Infobip, in partnership with Lloyds digital, Aestus financijsko savjetovanje, Innovatio proficit, Eupolis grupa, and the Faculty of Informatics at Juraj Dobrila University Pula.
